More video capacity.
Zero extra headcount.
QAVEN turns agency briefs and raw footage into performance ads, UGC systems, VSLs and content—edited, QA'd and delivered under your brand.

Selected work
Test the system
on real work.
One paid pilot. One chosen lane. Ten protected production hours with the same scope control, communication and QA used on a retainer.
EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS
What that gets you — one of:

Agency-ready masters

One clean source.
Three hooks.
Nine exports.
A standard UGC reference batch can become three variants across 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1. Complexity and source quality change the scope — you're buying the system, not a clock.
Long-form production
built for retention.
Role: multicam editing, pacing, sound cleanup and short-form repurposing on an ongoing channel system reaching 7.1M views and 316K watch hours. One 1h43 multicam episode generated 225K views and 53K watch hours, with 93% still watching at 0:30.
Editing was one contributor. Titles, thumbnails, topic, audience and distribution also influenced results. Client identity withheld under NDA.One entry.
Two upgrades.
Hours protect scope and capacity. They are not the creative promise. Corrections within the approved direction use reserved capacity. New concepts or structural changes are scoped separately.

Scope before surprises
What counts as a correction versus new work?
Corrections within the approved direction use reserved capacity. New concepts or structural changes are scoped separately.
What determines turnaround?
Clean standard batches target two business days; complex performance work targets three to four. Long-form depends on raw duration, cameras, proxy health, audio and motion.
Can QAVEN work completely white-label?
Yes. Delivery can stay inside your agency tools and brand. QAVEN does not contact or solicit your clients.
Are source files included?
Source-file requirements are confirmed at intake so project structure, licensed assets and handoff expectations are clear before production.
Do unused hours roll over?
Production includes a 10% rollover while the account remains active. The pilot expires after 30 days; Scale capacity is confirmed during onboarding.
Do you guarantee ad performance?
No. QAVEN owns production quality and workflow. Offer, media buying, audience, spend and distribution remain outside the editing engagement.
